After celebrating her 41st birthday on Monday, the E! star couldn't help but thank fans for all of their well wishes and messages on Instagram. In the process, however, she also showed how far she's personally come in the fashion department.
"On my birthday, I would like to take a moment to share this embarrassing 'modeling' shot of me at 13 yrs old as a public service to young women everywhere," she joked with a classic throwback picture. "If this lanky, awkward, athletically challenged girl with the bad perm, bad skin, bad fashion sense and brace face had the confidence to think she could make her dreams come true, then by golly, so can you!"
She added, "Thank you for all the birthday wishes!!! I couldn't have wished for a better day today."
The memorable photo features Giuliana trying to hit a tennis ball while posing in baggy (and matching) shorts and a T-shirt. She completed the outfit with tennis shoes and high socks.
Classic pictures aside, Giuliana was able to spend her day with Bill Rancic and their son Duke. In fact, her hubby made time to send a special message to his leading lady online.
"Happy Birthday to my superwoman @GiulianaRancic," he wrote. "#GreatMom #GreatWife #TrueLove."
As the E! star gears up for new episodes of Fashion Police, the proud mom will be spending more time in Chicago where she will expand her wine and clothing wines, as well as future TV projects.
Safe to say there's a lot more of G to come!
