Andy Cohen has a nose for bulls--t.

When Kim Zolciak-Biermann appeared as a guest on Bravo's Watch What Happens: Live Sunday, one viewer called in to address the elephant in the room: "You're absolutely beautiful, but there's been a little difference to your face lately. Honestly, have you had any work done? And I'm not trying to throw shade, Kim!"

Zolciak rolled her eyes at the question. "I hear you, and I hear this all the time, but I want people to understand: I had a baby in 2011, one in '12, and two in 2013, so I think the weight of all that...but no, I haven't. I did my boobs, my tummy," she said of past plastic surgery procedures. "I did it on my show. I just...I haven't."

Staring at her in disbelief, Cohen called Zolciak out. "I interviewed you for the Atlanta Housewives 100th episode special. I was staring at your face for a long time, and it was clear to me that you looked a little different to me," he charged. "I couldn't tell. You said, 'No, no, no, no, no.' Tonight you arrive wearing glasses, and I'm thinking, 'Now why is she wearing these librarian-that-can-be-seduced glasses?' Now I realize it is to take away from the fact that you have had a little bit shaved off your nose."

"I have not!" Zolciak, 37, protested. "Look!"

The Don't Be Tardy star removed her glasses and leaned in to give Cohen a better look. Still, he remained unconvinced. "I really feel that way!" the host told her.

"How long have I known you, Kim?" Cohen asked.

"Look, Andy," she said, ignoring his question.

Cohen alleged, "You have a little shaved off your nose and your lips are bigger!"

"My lips?! No!" Zolciak said. "My nose? No."

Cohen asked Zolciak's daughter, Brielle Biermann, to clear everything up. "Look at my nose and look at her nose," the teen said. "I feel like they look the exact same."

Yet again, Cohen disagreed. "No, no, no, no," he said.

"Andy, I'm very honest with plastic surgery. Obviously I've never hidden anything," the Don't Be Tardy star said. "We all know I do Botox; I'm a big fan of it. My lips are definitely overdrawn. See?" Cohen replied, "They're overdrawn or a little bigger?"

"Overdrawn!" Zolciak insisted. "I've always had fuller lips."

"OK, OK," Cohen said. "I don't know why you would deny it. I will say that."

"Yeah," Zolciak agreed. "There's no reason."

Just last week, Zolciak bragged to E! News that she has "the best boob job ever." She called her breasts "pretty perfect," explaining, "Everybody's happy with 'em!"
