It's the 2015 Teen Choice Awards y'all!

The teens had all the control tonight as they picked their winners in various categories spanning from movies, television, music and digital. And in case you're wondering what the biggest highlights from the show are, we've got you covered!

Check out some of the best and worst moments right here:

Talk About a Heat Wave: Why not kick things off to a hot start, right? The awards show opened with 5 Seconds of Summer performing their hit song "She's Kinda Hot," and the ladies in the crowd went wild.

Hidden Talents: Oh, you didn't know host Gina Rodriguez can spit bars? She showed everyone up, including rapper Ludacris, when put to the test. Fellow host Josh Peck wasn't able to add to the verse, but he did show off his boy band skills, and they weren't too shabby.

Close Call: Whoops! Sarah Hyland was almost Teen Choice Awards road kill! The actress tripped on her way up to the stage as the first presenter, and accidentally yelled, "Are you f--king kidding me" Hey, she freaked out. It happens to the best of 'em (Hey, Jennifer Lawrence!).

Cute Couple Moment: Ellen DeGeneres took home the award for Choice Comedian, and gave a sweet shout-out to her lady Portia de Rossi for their seven-year anniversary today!

Don't Ask Wiz Khalifa How Many Tats He Has: He doesn't know. Michelle Rodriguez already tried.

Well, We Feel Old Right Now: Presenters and nominees Bethany Mota and Laura Marano let us know that they'll be 20 years old next year, so they may not be invited back. Sigh.

Swoon: The way Shawn Mendes just blissfully rests his head on his surfboard award.

Perrie Edwards Post-Breakup Performance: The Little Mix singer took the stage with her girls to perform "Black Magic," and two words were on everyone's minds: Zayn Malik.

He Should've Been Shirtless: Remember that time Rita Ora ripped Zac Efron's shirt off at the MTV Movie Awards? Well, she presented with another hunk tonight, Scott Eastwood, but didn't do the same to him and, we're just a little disappointed. That's all.

Empire Dance Party, Anyone?: Jussie Smollett and Bryshere "Yazz" Gray teamed up for a performance of their collab "You're So Beautiful," and were ultimately joined by co-star Gabourey Sidibe, who had a little dance party on stage. We're not mad.

It's Britney, Bitch: Fifth Harmony are the new faces of Candie's, and took part in presenting Britney Spears with Candie's Choice Style Icon Award, and she turned heads! Brit looked cute in a short frock with a deep neckline that flaunted generous cleavage. She also got fun with her locks, showing off some added blue and green tresses!

Awkward Ex Run-In?: Both Jordin Sparks and Jason Derulo are in the building...

Bittersweet Moment: Nina Dobrev made every Vampire Diaries fan teary-eyed when she addressed her departure from the hit show, but reassured everyone that change is good and it's coming.

RIP Paul Walker: The fallen star was remembered by his Fast & Furious castmates, Vin Diesel, Jordana Brewster and Michelle Rodriguez, while accepting the award for Choice Movie: Action/Adventure.

OMG, IT'S ONE DIRECTION: In case you were wondering where these boys were at, they're on tour. Sorry. But they did record a video acceptance speech for the eight (!) awards they won.

PDA Alert: In case you didn't know, Bella Thorne and Gregg Sulkin are a couple. They make that very clear with the hand-holding, pet names and kisses on stage. No, we're not bitter or anything.

Did You Like It?: OR DID YOU LOVE IT?! The Teen Choice Awards ended with a performance of "I Don't Like It, I Love It," by Flo Rida and Robin Thicke!
