Drama in Jersey? Not so fast!

Reports circulated Sunday afternoon that there was a weekend dispute involving Joe Giuduce and neighbors at his New Jersey beach house.

While police confirmed to E! News that they did in fact respond to an argument call Saturday evening, it appears many reports are greatly exaggerated.

"When we arrived we only spoke with the parties and cleared. No arrests. No charges. No reports," police told E! News. "Everyone was calmed down before we left and there were no more problems."

As to speculation that Joe was yelling at his daughter Gia Giudice, police had no knowledge to such an incident.

"This is much ado about nothing," Giudice family attorney James Lenoard Jr. told E! News. "From what I've been told, all the neighbors down there love Joe, Teresa and the kids. Whatever this was or wasn't, it's over."

He added, "Knowing Joe, he'll be cooking steaks with this guy next week."

While cameras weren't rolling when the incident occurred, Teresa Giudice's husband has been occupied filming a Bravo special that follows his day-to-day life with his daughters Gia, Milania, Gabrielle and Audriana.

Teresa is currently serving a 15-month prison sentence after pleading guilty to fraud charges. She is expected to be released before the holidays.
