Luke Bryan wishes nothing but the best for Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton in the wake of their divorce.
"Going through a divorce is tough and I just hope they are at peace with whatever they need to be at peace with," the 39-year-old country crooner told E! News at his exclusive acoustic performance at the Samsung Studio Soho to help celebrate the unveiling of the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ and Samsung Galaxy Note5. "And I know they tweeted each other a couple of times which is a step in the right direction for them."
Lambert and Shelton announced they are divorcing after four years of marriage in July, telling fans in a joint statement "This is not the future we envisioned and it is with heavy hearts that we move forward separately.
The 39-year-old Voice coach and the 31-year-old songstress tied the knot back in May 2011.
Split aside, Bryan also shared the greatest thing about his music career and his response is sweet as can be.
"When you have the opportunity to make people who love you very proud—she [wife Caroline Boyer] really is always proud of these moments when albums come out and you get the opportunity to win awards. So getting to make your wife proud with what you do in your work is pretty special," he gushed, adding, "And obviously my parents and my friends and my family, you know when they walk up to you and tell you ‘good job' and 'congrats,' it doesn't happen to normal people in their everyday life so you never try to under-appreciate that."
Bryan wed his college sweetheart in 2006 and the two seemingly have a marriage we can all admire. In fact, he told E! News that his latest single "To The Moon and Back" is a "tribute to me and Caroline"
