The 22-year-old "We Can't Stop" singer took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a photo of herself in a very bendy and painful-looking yoga pose in her backyard. The photo shows the pop star contorted with her arms wrapped around her body. Miley faces away from the camera while her body is twisted around and her legs are semi-crossed. As for her workout gear, she sports a orange printed leotard with her short blond hair up in a ponytail.
Miley simply captioned the yoga snapshot with sunflower emojis.
Miley also took to Instagram today to wish BFF Cara Delevingne a happy birthday. She shared a pic of them nearly making out with the caption, "Happpppy Biiiiiirffffffday Mushy!!!!! @caradelevingne."
And in other Miley news this week, she recently blasted Taylor Swift for her violent "Bad Blood" music video.
"I don't get the violence revenge thing," Cyrus said. "That's supposed to be a good example? And I'm a bad role model because I'm running around with my t-tties out? I'm not sure how t-tties are worse than guns."
