Sure, Khloe Kardashian may have her "revenge" body on point, but Kourtney Kardashian isn't too far behind either.

The eldest of the Kardashian sisters has been looking all kinds of sexy since her split with Scott Disick in early July, and we are here for it.

The mother of three, who just gave birth to her youngest this past December, has been seen strutting her stuff around town in a wide variety of figure-flaunting looks—from crop tops to shorter-than-short denim shorts and just about everything in-between.

Kourtney's made no secret of the fact that she's been hard at work in the gym in recent months, it's safe to say that whatever she's been doing is werking.

In a previous interview with Harper's Bazaar, the E! reality star opened up about how she's been shedding the baby weight.

"I like to take my time and not try to put too much pressure on myself, but it's hard. I think I forget every time—you give birth and you want your stomach to be flat again. It does take a lot of work, but I usually start slowly by going on walks with the baby," she explained.

"Now I'm in full force. I've been working out with a trainer, and having somebody else to work out with really helps motivate me. Some days Khloé will join me…just setting that trainer session and knowing I'm not going to flake. I also try to eat really clean and at home as much as I can."

And by full force, she really means it. E! News recently caught up with her trainer who told E! News that she "swears by" a program called the Don-A-Matrix method.

So what does that entail, exactly? Sit back, we've got you covered!

Don Brooks, the brunette beauty's trainer, explained to us that the Don-A-Matrix method is "set up like a game" and involves Kourtney performing a variety of high-octane moves within the space of an hour (she trains with Don three to five times a week, currently).

Brooks revealed that "along with weight loss, her body fat percentage and fat mass has decreased tremendously and lean muscle mass has increased."

And Kourtney has reported a major difference since her regular workouts with Brooks.

"Like most women the clothing test tells all—being able to fit in those jeans or shorts verifies the difference. So I love when she says [she's] now able to fit into her favorite jeans or shorts again," he told E! News.
