Taylor Swift is not buying a castle in Scotland to be closer to Calvin Harris, but her hunky DJ boyfriend is turning out to be a real prince!
The twosome had a romantic dinner date Tuesday at Giorgio Baldi, an Italian restaurant in L.A., where an eyewitness tells E! News Taylor, 25, and Calvin, 31, "were holding hands [and] sitting side by side at a round corner table...They were laughing and being so cute together."
Where does the princely part come in, you wonder? Calvin was a true gentleman and pulled out Taylor's chair for her at dinner, says an eyewitness, and he paid the dinner bill, too!
"She seems so so into him," adds an onlooker. "They locked eyes for most of dinner. They seem really happy."
Aw! Well, keep it up Calvin—you don't want T.Swift's clique turning on you. Speaking of which, in Taylor's recent Vanity Fair interview, she took quite a dig at a former pal who is no longer a part of that posse.
"I've trusted people before in friendships or relationships and have felt betrayed," she said. "I judge people based on their moral code; I think someone is nothing without a moral code. I don't care if you're talented or celebrated or successful or rich or popular, if you have no moral code. If you will betray your friend, if you will talk about them badly behind their back, if you will try to humiliate them or talk down to them, I have no interest in having a person like that in my life."
Is Taylor talking about Katy Perry? Homegirl's not naming names. Josh Duboff, who interviewed Taylor for the piece, noted that she "avoided the topic" of this rumored feud, adding, "But it is hard for me not to think about Perry when Swift lands on the subject of friends she has discarded..."
Make of that what you will!
