Take note, HGTV: Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber could be your newest house-flipping power couple.

After purchasing the home for $6 million last year, the A-list couple closed the deal to sell their massively renovated Malibu digs for a whopping $13.34 million, more than doubling their original investment in the pad. While the home wasn't at all too shabby to begin with, the freshly rehabbed space is a palatial compound compared to its former state.

Set on 1.4 acres in Malibu's exclusive Point Dume, the 3,651-square-foot gated property's got everything a beach junkie could dream of, with commanding ocean views, a tranquil lagoon-style pool and a direct bath to Malibu's (arguably) most exclusive beach, Little Dume.

And not to skimp out on the interior of the five-bedroom abode, the home incorporates an open concept feel with prominent floor-to-ceiling windows that wrap around the expanse, plus an airy gourmet kitchen, French oak floors, exposed beams and top-tier details galore.

Note: This pad is (or now, was) just one of several properties in the Crawford-Gerber bunch's Malibu real estate portfolio, including another beach-front pad on Broad Beach (the couple leased out the space for a colossal $45,000 a month).

Still, there's no property that compares to their Architectural Digest-approved Los Cabos villa.
