Getting bigger by the day!

Josh and Anna Duggar recently enjoyed a family dinner with their newborn daughter Meredith Grace, whom the couple welcomed just over one week ago on July 19.

A photo of the proud parents and their baby girl was uploaded to the Duggar Official Facebook Page on Wednesday with the caption, "Picture of our sweetest new granddaughter Meredith Grace with her mommy and daddy," Josh's parents Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar wrote

Meredith Grace is the fourth child for the 27-year-old reality star and his wife, also 27, who wed in 2008. The wee one joins big sister Mackynzie, 5, and big brothers Michael, 4, and Marcus, 2.

While Meredith's siblings were not pictured in the family pic, Josh took to his own Facebook page over the weekend to post about spending time with his eldest son.

"Had a blast bowling with this big guy today!" the father of four wrote of the image

Meanwhile, the Duggar family's TLC series, 19 Kids and Counting, was canceled by the network earlier this month after the family became embroiled in a headline-making child molestation scandal after Josh Duggar was accused of sexually abusing underage girls as a teen.

"Twelve years ago, as a young teenager, I acted inexcusably for which I am extremely sorry and deeply regret," Jim Bob and Michelle's eldest child said in a statement to People in May. "I hurt others, including my family and close friends. I confessed this to my parents who took several steps to help me address the situation. We spoke with the authorities where I confessed my wrongdoing, and my parents arranged for me and those affected by my actions to receive counseling. I understood that if I continued down this wrong road that I would end up ruining my life."

Jim Bob and Michelle later defended their son and their actions in an interview with Fox News' Megyn Kelly. "He was just curious about girls and he had gone in and touched them over their clothes while they were sleeping," Jim Bob said.

In the same interview, Josh's younger sisters Jessa Duggar and Jill Duggar confirmed they were victims of the molestation and said those who were calling Josh a "child molester" were going "overboard."

"With God's grace and help Josh, our daughters and our entire family overcame a terrible situation, found healing and a way forward,"  Jim Bob and Michelle said on their website following the series cancellation. "We are so pleased with the wonderful adults they have all become. It is our prayer that the painful situation our family went through many years ago can point people toward faith in God and help others who also have lived through similar dark situations to find help, hope and healing, as well.

"We appreciate the love, support, prayers and kindness extended to us by many of you," the couple continued, concluding, "You have deeply touched our hearts and encouraged us, during this time."
