To say that Khloé Kardashian has had an eventful past couple of years would be putting it lightly.

Just last week she and Lamar Odom finalized their divorce, Caitlyn Jenner made her public debut and now the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star may or may not be dating James Harden. Keeping up with Khloé is tough, but the E! star tells Complex she's just trying to let her "hair down and not worry about things."

Although she and Lamar had been estranged for a while before making their split official, Khloé tells the magazine that her on-again, off-again relationship with French Montana was fun but admits that she wasn't ready for another serious relationship.

"I needed time on my own to digest everything that's happened. I went from Lamar to just distracting myself. Not to discredit French at all. I was very honest with French about that—I feel bad," she explains. "I don't think it's fair for me to lead somebody on, or for me to act like I'm in this perfect headspace if I'm not. With love you don't mislead or play around, so if you're not perfectly clear, just be honest about it."

Now the two are good friends, having recently spoken to each other after she found out his good friend had been killed. She's brutally honest about how they're able to stay friends even though they're not together anymore.

"When you f--k someone, why would you not….Like, if someone has seen my vagina, I think it's OK that I say hi and give him a hug hello," she says.

Her divorce might have been one of the hardest moments of her life, but she also admits that Caitlyn's transition was tough on the family, especially mom Kris Jenner. Having been the "last to know," the Kardashians admit to struggling with it at first but ultimately choosing to be incredibly supportive.

"[Kris] wants him to be happy, she wants him to be who he feels in his soul that he needs to be. I think she just wants to make sure that her life for 25-plus years is still valid. She was questioning, 'Were you really in love with me? Did you really want to have sex with me every time?' I think the hardest part was feeling like so much was happening and we were the last to know. It's a different relationship. It's a different personality," she tells the magazine.

Khloé maintains that she had trouble being kept out of the loop for so long, but says she understands why she followed the path she did.

"[Caitlyn and I] are the closest out of the Kardashian kids," she explains. "I think what hurt me the most was that we as a family wanted to be a part of his transitioning. I could imagine that it's so lonely. Don't you want people to support you and be there with you? But then I don't know if that's a selfish request."

Khloé even opened up about Kylie Jenner, her lips and her rumored relationship with Tyga, telling Complex that she isn't "a normal 17-year-old."
