The 19-year-old model is embarking on a 21-day vegan challenge, Alec Baldwin's daughter announced via her Instagram today, sharing her excitement for her newfound focus on her health.
"Now there have been countless times in my life where I have committed to veganism and failed miserably due to my lack of willpower and ignorance as to how to cook vegan, shop vegan and fully take the plunge into a cruelty free lifestyle," she wrote on Instagram, captioning a photo of a gorgeous garden.
"I have finally met someone who is mentoring me through a 31 day vegan challenge starting today!" she continued (presumably she meant 21, like her next post states). "I wasn't fully aware of the effects meat and other animal by products were having on my skin, weight gain, chronic sinus infections and overall health. I am looking SO forward to turning my health around, eating clean, and most importantly saving the [animals]."
Shortly after, she posted another message on her Instagram page and revealed she's starting a Tumblr so fans can stay up to date on her diet.
"BABES OF ANARCHY ---> My journey through my 21 Day Vegan Challenge will be posted on a new blog I will be putting up this evening via Tumblr. I will be posting my attempt at countless vegan recipes, homeopathic practices, environmentally friendly alternatives, AFFORDABLE, natural skincare routines and fitness progress. This is a nice introduction to my new lifestyle, videography, photography, food, travel blog BABES OF ANARCHY. This is something I've been working on for a while now, and I am sooooo f---king stoked to FINALLY bring back my body image love campaign where I will be shooting girls from all over and feature them on the blog as the blog grows!"
While Baldwin did not name Beyoncé in her post, the 33-year-old superstar first ignited the vegan craze when she launched the meal plan 22 Days Nutrition with exercise physiologist and her personal trainer Marco Borges

A few months later, Queen B wowed us all at the 2015 Met Gala by stealing the spotlight in a dazzling naked dress, and her Borges later told E! News that his client did the 22-Day Nutrition challenge to get in shape.
"I am not naturally the thinnest. I have curves. I'm proud of my curves and I have struggled since a young age with diets and finding something that actually works, actually keeps the weight off, has been difficult for me," Bey said on Good Morning America in June, opening up about her weight loss. "I am so grateful that I took the challenge and credit Marco with leading by example."
