In spite of having multiple Grammys, an Oscar and a Golden Globe to her name, superstar Adele can still get star struck from time to time.
After the 27-year-old singer attended Bette Midler's concert at the O2 Arena in London on Sunday night, the 69-year-old legend posted a photo with the "Someone Like You" singer on her Twitter page.
"Last night: Adele and I, giving it all we got!" the veteran performer captioned the pic in which the two are smiling for the camera.
Less than one day later, the mother of one seemingly caught wind of the shot and couldn't help but hilariously call herself out for failing to keep her composure.
"I love that you posted the pic of me holding it together. When this is really what happened... X" Adele wrote of another shot in which she's enthusiastically sticking her tongue out while cozying up to the actress.
This isn't the first time Adele has totally fangirled out while meeting one of her idols. She previously met Stevie Nicks back in May after attending a Fleetwood Mac concert and posted an image with the chart-topping singer on social media.
"So...tonight was THE best night of my life. I love you Stevie Nicks!! The queen of melodies! Thanks for everything x," the Academy Award winning musician captioned the pic.
