On Sunday night, Taylor Swift continued her tradition of bringing a special guest on her 1989 tour, and brought country superstar Sam Hunt on stage in Chicago.

The tall, dark and handsome singer performed his hit, "Take Your Time." Hunt began singing the song on a park bench on stage, and then Swift sauntered over to sit next to him and join him as he serenaded the audience. Swift then joined in to sing, "I don't want to steal your freedom/ I don't want to change your mind/ I don't have to make you love me/ I just want to take your time"  The two continued to belt out the song, and then Swift stood up saying, "give it up for Sam Hunt Chicago!"

The singers strutted down the runway, as Hunt continued the song. Swift rocked a two-piece white outfit with knee high black boots, and Hunt wore a casual ball cap, red shirt, sneakers and stylish pants.

The 6-foot-4-inch country stud was clearly soaking it all up, smiling ear to ear as he looked off into the audience in between lyrics.

Swift told her fans to put their hands in the air, and wave them to "show Sam what it looks like to have 55,000 people do this to his song." As the song wrapped up, the crowd cheered, and the pair linked up to walk back to the top of the stage together. Hunt gave one final wave goodbye to the screaming Swifites before exiting the stage.

Hunt told E! News earlier, "Until I was 18, I had never tried to play a musical instrument. When I graduated high school, a friend of mine bought a guitar, and when I went over to his house, I just started tinkering on it. It sparked enough interest and inspired me to pick up a guitar of my own."

Clearly things work out for the best!

Swift constantly keeps us guessing on who will accompany her for each performance. Who would you like to see join the stage with Swift next?
