Another day, another batch of Kim Kardashian headlines, some of them true, some of them totally false. But the ones that appear to have given Mrs. Kanye West the most pleasure recently are those that claimed she...wait for it...had to be wearing a fake baby bump because the rest of her didn't "look pregnant" (whatever that means) at all!
"I secretly loved the rumors I was faking my pregnancy bc I was so skinny! LOL Well can't hide it now!" she tweet-laughed. "5 month (20weeks) and 20lbs up."
And Kim has never been one to camouflage a curve, so she's been proudly sporting that real growing bump of hers in her usual array of body-con outfits.
She wasn't always this OK with such silly stories, however.
Back in June, she was down to her last nerve about a report that she was using that fake bump while a surrogate carried her child.
"So f—king sick today on all levels!!!!! UGHHHHHHHHH I can't deal!!!!!!!!!! Praying I get through the day!" she tweeted. "Can't wait till my website is active! I'm gonna do live video streaming so every time someone talks s—t I can go blast the f—k outta them. Pregnant KiKi does not play!!!! *BLOOP!*"
Kim even uncharacteristically responded to a tweet about the surrogate story, replying, "Please! This is the type of stuff I will address. If I got a surrogate I would say I did! Thankfully I didn't have 2."
Twitter even contacted her to see if she'd been hacked, and she noted, "#JustPregnantKeeks."
She later told E! News, "I guess I get a little feisty when I'm pregnant. So I was just responding to people that come up with the most ridiculous things as if they're facts. So I was like, I might as well just say whatever I want."
Kim, her bump and all of her sisters stunned Wednesday night at the 23rd Annual ESPY Awards, the Jenner and Kardashian families coming together to watch Caitlyn Jenner accept the Arthur Ashe Courage Award.
