Their personal styles aren't quite synonymous, but that didn't stop Olivia Palermo and Kim Kardashian from going head-over-heels for the same tailored white Dior skirt.
Hitting up the MAC Cosmetics and Giambattista Valli Floral Obsession Ball in Paris this week, Olivia slipped on this wrap skirt from Dior's spring 2015 line for an effortlessly refined look. The starlet paired the black buttoned number with a silky black top and pair of strappy leopard-heeled Francesco Russo sandals. Overall, the ensemble was all about polished elegance—a style effect to which Olivia has become accustomed.
Rewind to May, and Kim put her own sexy twist on the crisp designer dud while promoting her new book, Selfish, in New York City. Styled with glossy, slicked-back hair and enviable black Céline sandal heels, Kim paired the slit Dior skirt with a light, long-sleeved lace top also courtesy of the designer. And in true Kim fashion, the style blended sexy and sophisticated into one.
Take note, ladies—this is a perfect example of styling one piece in two very different (yet still gorgeous) ways.
