Watch: Maisie Williams Dishes on Jon Snow's "GoT" Death

Spoiler alert! But actually, more like shame alert for not being up to date on Game of Thrones, because...really?! Get. On. That.

Confession time: we're still in denial about Jon Snow's (Kit Harington) death on Game of Thrones. Sure, Harington himself said, "I'm dead. I'm not coming back next season. So that's all I can tell you, really." But this is Jon freakin' Snow we're talking about. It's going to take a lot more than multiple stab wounds to the gut to take him out of the game for good...right? Right?!

We're so hopeful that we'll still see Jon miraculously return next season that we took all our theories to Harington's costar Maisie Williams while she was promoting her Always #LikeAGirl campaign, and she pretty much broke them all down...definitively. Even the theory about how Harington was spotted recently sporting his Jon Snow hair means he's not done with the show! Ouch.

HBO

"I think people are trying to be very positive about this, like, ‘It's fine. He's coming back. He's totally coming back, right? He's going to come back?'" Williams exclusively tells E! News. "I'm like, ‘I don't think so. I'm very sorry!' I don't know, maybe he wanted to keep the hair in the end."

And then she goes on to twist the dagger even further. *Sob!*

"We saw him get stabbed like five times in the chest," Williams says. "I think he's gone. I mean, I could be wrong, but I really don't think so. And people are like, ‘He's going to come back as White Walker!' I'm like, 'Really, we'd bring back Jon Snow as a White Walker?!' OK, you can believe what you'd like."

But what about Melisandre (Carice Van Houten)? The Red Woman arrived back at Castle Black in the season five finale just hours before Jon was stabbed, so she can use her witchy magic to bring him back to life...right?

"I feel like she's far too selfish for all of that," dream-killer Williams says of our theory.

We repeat: ouch.

Press play on the exclusive video above to see Williams shatter all our hopes and dreams about Jon Snow. And then pass the tissues, because we're crying all over again.
