A mother's got to do what a mother's got do, right?

On Thursday's Chelsea Lately, Maggie Gyllenhaal recalled breastfeeding daughter Gloria while shooting her latest movie.

"When I first started White House Down, Gloria was about two months old," the actress told host Chelsea Handler. "And they knew they were hiring someone who was nursing. And they said to me, 'That's fine. If you need to go feed her, you go feed her.'"

Unfortunately, such breaks during shooting didn't always go over too well with one of the crew members.

"The first A.D. was not a father and he was sort of this gruff guy and sometimes he didn't want to stop," said Gyllenhaal, before revealing to Handler how she was able to convince him otherwise.
