The actor carried his handsome son Flynn on his back while hiking through Runyon Canyon in Los Angeles Sunday morning, which not only provided Miranda Kerr's hubby with a sufficient amount of exercise, but also some quality time with his little man.

Bloom and his stern face seemed ready to take on the terrain with the family's dog, while Flynn and his chubby cheeks just enjoyed the ride and view, with the actor strutting black workout shorts and top with a jacket, scarf and baseball cap.
Meanwhile, Kerr enjoyed the Cali sunshine and posted a photo on her Instagram of the blue sky and palm trees, and an additional bonus for fans—a photo of Miranda jumping in the air and showing off those amazing legs that we love watching rock the runway.
Looks like the whole family got a workout in today.
