The Twilight actor has been charged with public intoxication in the wake of his Dec. 17 arrest for allegedly being drunk at LAX and urinating on the floor inside the terminal.
We imagine the wolf pack would have frowned on that.
A spokesman for the L.A. City Attorney's Office confirms to E! News that the misdemeanor count was filed Dec. 20 and Pelletier's arraignment is scheduled for Jan. 7.
If convicted, the actor, who will be 26 on Monday, faces a maximum sentence of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
Pelletier had previously been arrested on suspicion of public intoxication in West Hollywood on Dec. 8. Last week, his rep denied the public-urination portion of the current allegations against him.
