There was a time, long ago, before the dawn of One Direction and Glee and Honey Boo Boo, when the Kardashian sisters were still fashion fledglings.
Their penchant for leopard prints still unexplored, their affinity for Kanye West-designed shoes as yet uncemented, they flailed in the style wilderness just a little bit.
No one remembers those days better than Kim Kardashian, of course, and now she's sharing a favorite moment from that past.
Check out this shot from 2007, the year Kim launched her E! show with her family. That annus mirabilis brought us not only Keeping Up With the Kardashians but also a shoot for Playboy. Kim shared this candid photo from that shoot with fans for the first time this week.
The costume? Well, let's just say it's unlikely we'd see this plunging red leotard...thing...in the Kardashian Kollection. As for those chandelier earrings, well, we ain't mad at ‘em, but it's tough to like them when they're paired with a trapeze act costume.
