For this one-time Survivor producer, there is no such thing as immunity.

Bruce Beresford-Redman is being extradited to Mexico today to stand trial for the 2010 murder of his wife.

The former producer is accused of killing Monica Beresford-Redman during a Cancun vacation with their children in April 2010.

During the trip, his wife went missing and her body was later found in a sewer. Mexican prosecutors believe that Beresford-Redman killed her by asphyxiating her in their hotel room at the resort.

Experts found blood stains in several parts of the room, and guests occupying the room beneath them reported hearing screams coming from the couple's suite.

The couple reportedly planned the trip as a last-ditch effort to fix their crumbling marriage, which was rocked by accusations that Beresford-Redman had an affair with a coworker.

Beresford-Redman was arrested by U.S marshals in November 2010 and has remained in an L.A. jail ever since. If convicted in Mexico, he faces up to 30 years in prison.
