She took a licking but just keeps on ticking!

Halle Berry brings new meaning to the term when the actress—who's been spotted hobbling on crutches for months after breaking her foot in Spain last September—announced her new shoe collection.

The Oscar winner designed a limited-edition line of footwear, called 5th Avenue by Halle Berry, for German brand Deichmann.

"Women have always loved shoes. It's like if your hair is not right and your shoes are not right, the woman is not right. If both of them are right, you're pretty much OK," Nahla's mom in a statement.

"And shoes are a statement. They can be very sexy; they can say something about where you are in the day; they can say what your mood is; they give you a chance to accessorize," the 45-year-old star continued. "And I'm a girl that loves to change my shoes all the time. It's an expression of who you are really."

The spring/summer 2012 collection, which includes casual wedges and studded sandals, starts at about $47 for all the budget fashionistas out there, and will hit store shelves in 21 European countries in early March.

In addition to her footwear line, Halle also has three fragrances.
