When Demi Lovato's next album comes out, she has no plans to take Miley Cyrus' untamed approach, and she won't be ditching her squeaky-clean Disney sheen.

"I don't think it's going to change my image, not drastically," the singer told us at VH1's Do Something Awards about her third album. "It's going to be what you're seeing of me right now. It's going to be very Demi."

The Camp Rock actress, who turns 18 next month, did say...

"It's more mature," she explained. "It's definitely grown up, but in a classy way."

The Teen Choice-nominee, who guest starred on an episode of Grey's Anatomy in May, also told us she'd love to make a return to ABC's hit medical drama.

"I'd be there in a second," she said. "I would come back as a doctor if I could."
