It's good to be Jane Lynch right now.

The recently married star not only nabbed two Emmy nominations yesterday for her small screen role as Sue Sylvester on Glee, she also picked up an Achievement Award last night in Los Angeles for her work as an actress and gay rights advocate.

"It's been a good day," Lynch admitted to us at the opening night gala for the L.A. Gay and Lesbian Film Festival.

The actress, who celebrates her 50th birthday next Wednesday, also revealed the party plans she has in store for the big day. And it's not what you might think...

"I'm going to have a little pizza party, very low-key," she explained. "Everything in my life has just been huge lately so we're going to have like nine people over for pizza. Hopefully Chris [Colfer] and Ryan [Murphy] will come."

In addition to party planning, the Glee funny lady, who tied the knot with long-time partner Lara Embry on May 31 in an intimate ceremony, told us the wedding celebrations are far from over.

"We're going to our respective hometowns to do receptions," Lynch says. "One in Birmingham, Alabama where she's from and one in Chicago for mine."

As for the Emmys, where does Lynch plan on displaying her awards if she does win on August 29th?

"I have no idea!" she admits. "My SAG award is at my agent's office. Maybe I'll keep it there."
