Too much hair dye, apparently.
Celebs like Rihanna, Katy Perry (OK, technically that's a wig, but it's still wrong) and Juliette Lewis are running around channeling characters like Smurfette, Ronald McDonald, you name it—and they look plain silly.
Maybe the chemicals are starting to affect their heads, so we feel obligated to step in here and tell them to stop this trend, before Tinseltown turns into Tiny Toons.
