When she's not dressing down and causing controversy at a ball game, Lady Gaga is looking ahead to the future in a very big way.

Gracing the cover of this week's issue of Rolling Stone, the "Poker Face" singer dropped some pretty big news for fans who can't get enough of the Fame Monster: She's finished recording a new album and is planning an early 2011 release, the name of which she will announce at midnight on New Year's Eve.

"I think I'm gonna get the album title tattooed on me and put out the photo," she told the magazine. "I've been working on it for months now, and I feel very strongly that it's finished right now. It came so quickly. Some artists take years; I don't. I write music every day."

And no doubt she has a lot to say.
