Way to kick a man when he's 1-over par at the U.S. Open.

Devon James, who claimed this week that Tiger Woods is the father of her 9-year-old son, has filed a paternity suit demanding that one "Elderick Woods" (should be "Eldrick") submit to a DNA test.

This, despite the fact that James' mother called her own daughter a "pathological liar" who was just out for money. Grandma Sandra Brinling has full custody of her grandson Austin and says that it's James who should be paying child support.

But James wants what she wants. The handwritten petition was filed under the name Melinda Jannette with the 12th Circuit Court in Manatee County, Fla., and first obtained by TMZ.

Sorry Devon James. You may be a sports nut, but you're no famous fan.
