Sadly, Zack Morris Mark-Paul Gosselaar has separated from his wife (and onetime Saved By the Bell: The College Years guest star!) Lisa Ann Russell after nearly 14 years of marriage.

Of course, Kelly Kapowski isn't really to blame for the split. Neither—to the chagrin of inner children everywhere—is one too many late nights spent at The Max. So what is?

The classy couple are keeping that under wraps. So don't hold your breath for any sordid details on their marital implosion to leak because, by the sounds of it, there aren't any.

"Mark-Paul Gosselaar and his wife Lisa are currently separated, but they both remain focused on their family and are jointly committed to their children," his rep told E! News.

A source close to the couple also denied reports that the couple's split was tied to Russell's alleged affinity for the Hollywood night life, the actress is "truly 110 percent committed to the kids."
