Those possibly cursed Best Actresses have to stick together. Or at least behave alike.
Just days after Sandra Bullock cited "unforeseen personal reasons" as her totally understandable justification for backing out of a London movie premiere, the recently separated Kate Winslet has also reneged on a similar promotional opportunity, E! News confirmed Friday.
Though this time around, the subsequent wave of allegations (and apologies) that followed Bullock's back out aren't expected in Winslet's case—in fact, if anything, her obligatory turn at the center of the rumormill preceded her decision.
In any case, Winslet has quietly removed her name from the list of celebs expected to attend Monday's New York premiere of A Mother's Courage: Talking Back to Autism, an HBO documentary she narrated.
No reason was given for the un-RSVP, though we're hoping the lure of all you can drink margaritas had something to do with it.
