Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett doesn't look down on Kate Gosselin. She just has different ideas about parenting, that's all.

"You know how Kate is on Dancing With the Stars?" the E! star said, actually bringing Gosselin into the conversation during her appearance on the Today show this morning. "I just told my publicist today, if I were asked to go on Dancing With the Stars, I don't think I would do it.

"And I would definitely say no to it because I'm that mom...I want to be there every step. I know I'm here [New York] for three days, but I don't want to spend three months away from my baby. I couldn't."

But as tends to be the case when a celeb states her opinion about other people, Kendra has already extended an apology for any possible misunderstanding.

Following her Today interview, the 24-year-old wife and mom wrote on Twitter:
"didn't mean to bash Kate just meant to say I hate leaving my baby..lol. Sorry if ppl took it that way."

Kendra also said on Today that her show "will end one day," and that cameras won't be following her when she's taking Hank Baskett IV to preschool in a couple of years.

Actually, Kendra's opinion of Gosselin's situation hasn't changed since last year, when she told E! News, "I feel bad for the kids. If we do have a show, none of that's going to happen...I want to be able to spend quality time with my child and not really give the world too much."
