Niecy Nash knows what it'll take to get ready to compete against an astronaut, a Pussycat Doll and an Olympian on Dancing with the Stars.

"What have I been doing to prep? Does prayer count? Just praying that I remember all my steps and things," said the Clean House star before heading to her first rehearsal Wednesday. "I bought dance shoes and Epsom salt, because I'm going to need both."

And what does she think about the other dancers? Read on...

Nash said she's not too worried about the competition, but said there are some worthy opponents.

"We've got Pussycat Dolls, and mothers of multiples, and astronauts," says Nash. "There's so many great people. [Kate Gosselin] has got eight kids. She probably can do anything."

Nash also took the opportunity to rave about Lindsay Lohan, her recent interviewee.

"I love Lohan," Nash told E! News. "You know what, Lindsay is going to be alright. She's going to be alright. Everybody just keep sending positive vibes her way, she's going to be just fine."
