Coinciding with her return from rehab yesterday, the Wilson Phillips singer withdrew a petition to divorce actor-hubby Billy Baldwin, E! News has learned.
"Every married couple has its ups and downs, but they're committed to the relationship," Phillips' publicist, Lizzie Grubman, tells E! News.
The rep confirmed Chynna filed her application on Friday in Santa Barbara, Calif., but rescinded it yesterday.
The twosome tied the knot in 1995 and have three children together—daughters Jameson, 10, and Brooke, 5, and son Vance, 8. By most accounts, they appeared to be going strong, with Baldwin announcing his support for his wife as she began her treatment for anxiety last month.
News of Phillips' flip-flopping divorce decision even took the 47-year-old Baldwin by surprise, as he was in New York filming his upcoming role on Gossip Girl.
The 42-year-old "Hold On" songstress has admitted having trouble dealing with half-sister Mackenzie's startling revelation that she was raped by their father, "Papa" John Phillips of the Mamas and the Papas—a disclosure that has torn apart the family.
