Now Spencer Pratt wants to get his body fixed up

I thought it was bad when Heidi Montag got all of that surgery she was cute and she didn't need it.  Now I read that maybe Spencer Pratt wants to get some plastic surgery too and for him I say go for it.  I think he's annoying as he is so maybe a doctor can make him less annoying.  Is there surgery for that or what?
