Kevin Smith seemed upset because he fit in the seat

What is the deal with Kevin Smith getting kicked off of that flight on Southwest Airlines?  That doesn’t seem right.  He said he fit into the seat and passed the test where they put the armrests down.  So why did they still tell him he had to get off of the flight?  I was so mad for him I don't like when people are mean so I wanted to support him and I rented his movie Dogma.  Now I know why they kicked him off the plane man that movie stinks.
