Jennifer Aniston and Jessica Simpson may not be too thrilled with John Mayer talking about them in the press, but there's at least one celebrity gal out there who is lovin' the shout-out the singer gave her in his new Playboy interview.

"I'm levitating," a very excited Holly Robinson Peete just told me. "There's nothing that makes a 45-year-old mother of four feel better than when she's dropping her kids off at school than to get a link on my iPhone that says John Mayer thinks I'm hot."

Among the many topics discussed in the horned-up wide-ranging interview was Mayer's attraction to black women...

After comparing his manhood to white supremacist David Duke, Mayer admits, "I always thought Holly Robinson Peete was gorgeous."

Oddly enough, Holly says her husband, former NFL star Rodney Peete, may be more excited than she is.

"I don't know who is happier—me or my husband," she said. "John Mayer is part of the soundtrack of our everyday lives. We always have music playing in the house, and it's usually dad's mixes with John Mayer songs. Rodney has like a big giant bromance crush on John Mayer."

Yeah, but what about that David Duke comment?

"I follow John on Twitter because I think he's so damn funny," Holly said. "He's got a giant brain. He uses it. He's unpredictable and funny. Some people may not like that, but I find him extremely refreshing and amusing."

Besides, she added with a laugh, "I landed in a good part of the quote."
