Brooke Mueller is feeling better. Charlie Sheen found an alternative means of transport.

Now it's time to go a-courtin'!

The couple are due to appear in court this afternoon—at 1:15 p.m. PT, to be precise—where Sheen will be charged for their domestic incident Christmas morning. The judge is also expected to lift an order of protection barring Sheen from contacting his missus. The couple is interested in reconciling.

Despite giving comments to press over the past month, Mueller's lawyer Yale Galanter is staying quiet on his client this morning.

Mueller checked out of Two Dreams Outer Banks in North Carolina, where she was recuperating from pneumonia in both lungs, and arrived in Aspen with her mother over the weekend.

No word on when the Two and a Half Men star arrived in the ski town, but both are required to attend today's proceedings.

"It seems like the family is a little stressed out right now," a family insider tells E! News. "They are putting everything on hold until after the hearing."

The area surrounding the Pitkin County Court, also known as the Galena Street Circle, has been closed to the public since early this morning in preparation for the media circus they are expecting to surround the high profile hearing.
