The Mentalist Gets Full Season
CBS has handed out another golden ticket. The Eye wants a full season of Simon Baker in the The Mentalist, which makes sense, seeing as how it is the best-rated new show of the year. Along with Fringe and 90210, the fake-psychic drama (not to be confused with the fake-psychic comedy over on USA) will be around for a full 22 episodes, barring acts of God, force majeure, the coming of the Second Great Depression or the Second Coming of Jesus (whichever comes first).
Grey's Anatomy Video: MerDer Moving Day!
This week on Grey's Anatomy, McDreamy (Patrick Dempsey) is moving in to Mer's (Ellen Pompeo) house! Moving is one of those big life changes, and it always results in a lot of drama.
The case of Meredith and Derek moving in together is no exception: No only does McDreamy discover Ellis Grey's journal while moving stuff around to make room for his clothes, but his presence unearths some major tension between the other roomies, as you'll discover in the clips below...

Desperate Housewives Star Gale Harold Hospitalized
Scary news: Hospital sources confirm that Desperate Housewives star Gale Harold is in the neurosurgical intensive care unit at Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center.
According to a representative for the actor, "We can confirm that Gale Harold was in a motorcycle accident yesterday, Oct 14. He has fractured his shoulder and is under observation to assess any possible further injuries. Everyone is hopeful for a full recovery. No one else was injured in the accident."
Despite assurances to me from Gale's reps that the information above is correct, according to reports, Gale's condition is officially classified as critical, and physicians are concerned about brain swelling.
A statement from producers of the soapy ABC says, "Gale is part of the Desperate Housewives family and our thoughts and wishes are with him for a speedy recovery." Writers will reportedly rework at least one scene in a November sweeps episode to accommodate the situation, and sources tell me that the accident is not expected to interrupt production.
Gale Harold plays Jackson, Susan Mayer's (Teri Hatcher) new man, this season on Desperate Housewives. He also has a huge cult following among TV fans from his days on Showtime's Queer as Folk.

The giant pink bird has flown the Dancing coop, but Rocco DiSpirito insists to us his ruffly feathers aren't ruffled.
"It's all gravy! This was a wonderful experience and there’s nothing to complain about," the celebrity chef told us backstage tonight after getting the heave-ho from Dancing With the Stars to the surprise of...well, no one. "I got to learn how to dance. I got to make friends with Karina. I even got Bruno to dance!"
Speaking of, Rocco's mother gave us a few choice words for Bruno (meow, mama!), and we got the inside scoop on why Cloris Leachman will be the next to go...
DWTS Predix: Rocco on the Chopping Block-o
Warning: Ginormous hot-pink bird on the loose! Approach with caution, as this exotic creature may be dangerous...especially to your TV enjoyment.
Oh, wait, that's not a bird or a plane or even Superman, that's just Rocco DiSpirito, the chef extraordinaire and dance-floor eyesore whose sad little samba seemed to secure his place last night as the next contestant to be eliminated on Dancing With the Stars.

Spoiler Chat: The Office, Lost, Gossip Girl
Hey, tuberinos! First off, a huge shout-out to Jennifer Godwin and Natalie Abrams who covered this column (and completely rocked it) last week while I was away in a supersecret location digging up scoop for you...Well, OK, truth told, that supersecret location was actually the Tides Zihuatanejo, which I now refer to as heaven on Earth because it is just about the most peaceful, beautiful and relaxing place you can imagine. Friendly tip: If you happen to be either pregnant or not pregnant (that should apply to some of you), a massage with one of the Tides' native masseuses will change your life. Honest engine! Bottom line? I am happy. The baby is happy. And more importantly for you, I'm in a very giving mood...
Rachel in Miami: Kristin, what is Josh Holloway's phone number?
Not that giving. (P.S. Would you think less of me if I said I didn't have it?) But I do have some more Lost scoop below!
Kelleri in Jacksonville, Fla.: Kristin, why don't you ever talk about Mad Men? It's the greatest show.
Matt Weiner no likey the spoilers, but Bryan Batt teased the experience of the table read for the season finale: "We had no idea what was coming up until we opened the script. We could not predict what was going to happen." I dug for some dirt on if there will be any deaths, but only came up with this: "I can't say, all I can tell you is that it's pretty nail-biting. It's a really good cliffhanger."
Jorge in Madrid, Spain: Hey, Kristin, one of my favorite TV shows (maybe the most) is How I Met Your Mother. Do you know anything new?
The hot Josh Radnor just spilled scoopy details to me on what's to come in the next few episodes leading up to the wedding. So peek below in the spoiler section.

HIMYM: Aunts, Uncles and Future Baby-Mamas...
If you are having trouble following the couplings of How I Met Your Mother, you may not be the only one. In simple terms: Robin (Cobie Smulders) is one of the aunts, Barney (Neil Patrick Harris) calls himself uncle, and Stella (Sarah Chalke) could be the mother. So...where does that leave us, as far as romantic futures go?
I have the exclusive details from the cast about what flirtations and crushes are leading up to the infamous wedding...
Heroes: Just Wait Till Your Father Gets Home!
He's heeee-re!
Yep, Arthur Petrelli (Robert Forster) makes his first onscreen appearance on tonight's episode of Heroes. We've heard a lot about him these past two years, but we're finally meeting the big man.
Only I can tell you the exclusive details about who he is and what Arthur's return means for his three sons. I'm pretty sure they will not be pleased to (re)make his acquaintance...
